Program Director
CCA is seeking a growth oriented leader with a proven track record of leading multiple, diverse teams. Experience should include assessing, motivating, and developing program or service teams in house and in the field. The successful candidate will possess 10+ years of leadership experience.
Core Responsibilities:
This position/person shall have responsibility for leading CCA’s multiple program service teams including; Chemo Pal, Music Rx in-hospital, MyMusicRx digital, Caring Cabin, LifeSupport Family Enrichment, Community Education and Outreach Resource, and the potential future expansion of those programs.
- Creates, inspires, develops, and maintains highly functioning teams.
- Guides day-to-day activities of the program service teams. Currently a staff of 10. Will also manage any contracted program specialists.
- Provides leadership to all of CCA program services. Ensures and delivers world class quality, high impact and high performing outcomes.
- Deploys strategy and performance targets into business plans.
- Enhances core programs while seeking to expand and grow.
- Effectively represents the organization as a key community influencer.
- Works closely with the COO to implement the administration of program budgets and organizational policies, and procedures.
- Coordinate and review performance data to measure productivity and goal achievement.
- Establishes and maintains relationships with other organizations in the community to continue to determine program directions, needs, and goals.

Ideal Candidate Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related equivalent.
- 10+ years in progressive leadership experience in non-profit or for-profit business.
- Previous experience in supervising teams in the field preferred.
- Proven success in leading teams through expansion and growth.
Compensation:
- Salary commensurate with experience. Annual wage range: $56.0-74.0
