CCA is supported only by private donations and receives no federal or state funding of any kind.

President's Club members are recognized with:
- A Hero's Welcome Packet, sharing a special story of a child being served by CCA programs

- Special invitations for a hospital tour of CCA's programs and to exclusive events
- Recognition in the Annual Report and Voice of Hope newsletter, circulated to CCA's 10,000 supporters and families.
The most important benefit of being a President's Club member is the personal comfort one receives by helping hundreds of seriously ill children receive the gifts of music, friendship and laughter each day, and by empowering families with information and resources to navigate their difficult journeys.
